International Cheese Awards Press Release May 2015: Celebrity Chef Timetable Announced

So, it’s one of the very best times of the year – the days are getting longer, the beer gardens are getting busier, and it’s less than two months until the International Cheese Awards 2015! Here’s the latest news on what you can expect if you’re coming to see us in Nantwich on July 28th (Press, Trade and Judging Day) or July 29th (Show Day).

Full Timetable Announced for our Celebrity Chef Demos

One of the highlights of Show Day on July 29th is our line-up of celebrity chefs, who have already been confirmed for this year as James Martin, Will Holland, Jonathan Harrison and Sean Wilson. The fabulous four will be performing cookery demonstrations throughout the day in the Le Gruyere Cookery Theatre – the full timetable for the day can be seen below. Tickets for the James Martin demos can be purchased via the Nantwich Show website ( for £5, and guarantee you a seat – James’ performances are always a sell-out, so we recommend you book early. The other demos are all free but make sure you take your places early for the best view!

Don’t forget to pick up your show admission tickets while you’re on the Nantwich site – these are great value as one ticket gets you entry to the top one day Agricultural Show in the UK as well as the largest Cheese Show in the world! It’s even better value if you buy your tickets in advance, with adults at £15, senior citizens at £10, juniors (5-16 years old) at just £5 and Family Tickets (2 Adults & 2 Children) at £35.

Book your Trade Space NOW and Reserve your Place at the Trade Lunch

If you’re planning to attend the show as trade, the booking forms are now available online and booking your trade space is easy. Simply download and print your forms from the ICA website at and post the completed forms back to us as soon as possible – trade space sold out completely long before the show last year, so don’t hang about!

The Trade Lunch takes place from 1pm on Tuesday 28th July and is once again sponsored by Culina, one of the leading food and drink logistics suppliers across the chilled and ambient temperature ranges. Lunch offers great value at £32 + VAT per head, with champagne and canapés served from 1pm and cold meats, salads, dessert, cheese and biscuits and coffee and mints to follow, and places can now be booked via the ICA website. As with the trade space, lunch sold out well ahead of time last year so please reserve your place without delay!
